Project Description:
Looking for programer with knowledge of GSM cellular networks and the Delaunay triangulation methods using 3 BTS (Base Transceiver Stations). Need an app that will collect data and decipher it in a fashion to find where a cell phone is located without any software need be installed on the traced phone. Once location is obtained needs to be displayed on Google map and GPS coordinates.
