ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD AND USE THE SOFTWARES YOU WILL UNDERSTAND.
I am not insisting you to use the opensource available, that is only an option. If its not good enough then you can leave it and make your own or use if you have any similar like this. I need good work from you not an just giveing me some poor work.
Please ask me if you don't understand anything.
As far as the payment terms, I pay my freelancer on time as you can see my review. I will use only GAF to pay and no milestone please. I will create a milestone only when you can show me some demo of your work done.
