Highly skilled iOS Developer

Project Description:
Need a custom mobile app made (quickly, less than 6 weeks).

I need someone who is very experienced in coding for iOS to create a feature rich and nice looking mobile app.

App description:

As part of this app I need a server created for data feeding. The data supplied to the server will be displayed in the app. The user would be able to input his/her set of data, which can be inputted manually or using the phone's camera (using OCR software to recognize numbers). The app should be able to compare the data inputted by the user against the data inputted into the server. I'll provide more details and a layout of how I think the interface should look like after a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been signed by all the parties involved.

This needs to be a job that can be completed quickly (quickly, less than 6 weeks) and within budget ($3,000). Please do not reply if you cannot satisfy these requirements.

Requirements:

-Someone (or a group) who can not only program but can also do the UI design and the graphic design.
-Someone (or a group) who has at least 80% completed projects.
-Someone (or a group) who has at least 4.5 star rating.
-Someone (or a group) who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products.
-Someone (or a group) who speaks English well.
