Project Description:
Need a custom mobile app made (Quickly)

I need someone who is very experienced in coding for iOS to create feature rich, nice looking mobile app.

I would prefer a developer or a development team that has designers as well so I don't have to hire a designer separately, but if you are a great coder please apply:)

Description of App: I have 3 app concepts - Photo, Wallpaper, Emoji - I will need a quote for each app.

Requirements:
Someone who can not only program but can also do the UI design
Someone who has at least 300 hours on Freelancer
Someone who has a 5 star rating
Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products.
Someone who speaks English well
