PHOTO EDITING APP

We need a photo editing app created. Closely related to picstitch/ but a bit more advanced. I need someone who is very experienced in coding for iOS to create a feature rich, nice looking, mobile app. This needs to be a job that can be a completed quickly in a professional matter. We are not just looking for a one time thing, depending on the quality of work, we have many projects that we need done besides this one. Requirements: -Someone who can not only program but can also do the UI design. -Someone who has a high rating. -Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products. -Someone who speaks English well.
