Project Description:
I need an iphone application that will provide real estate information to users. The data will come from files located on my computer.
I've created a design file which is attached to this project.
The app needs the following features, in addition to requirements in the design file.
1. User login and validation.
2. The app will communicate with the desktop daily to get updated real estate data and house pictures.
3. The app will need the ability to request additional data from the computer upon the users request.
4. Needs to be able to use the google maps feature with multiple locations.
5. Needs an auction screen, where users will post housing data that hasn't been posted on the mls and users will bid for the information.
6. The auction will need to process credit card payments.
7. The interface for the app needs to be extremely user friendly and professional.
8. App will include mortgage calculators.
9. Back-end server code and support will be required.
10. I reserve the right to tweak minor elements of the design.
Project requirements
1. I do require all of the source code at the end of the project.
2. I am willing to set up milestones for the project.
3. Payment will be sent to the developer within 48 hours of the app's approval into the app store from Apple.
4. The iOS developer must speak fluent English.
5. Winner of the bid, will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
