Fifa 13 Autobuyer

Looking for someone to build an autobuyer for fifa 13 that has done this kind of thing before.I am going to be honest and say i dont have a clue as in what skill set a person would need to do this but i will take it on trust you know what your doing.
The autobuyer must have an option for me to set a BUY IT NOW price for each player i input,lower than the market value.It must be able to automatically refresh within 1 second to stop other buyers getting in before me.Would like it if it could update as inform players are realeased each week.As this will be my first time trying this i would prefer it to be made as simple as possable please.i play on xbox 360 and use the fifa ultimate team web app on internet explorer that runs on vista if that makes any sense.Would like to be able to put my own log indetails for it for security. thankns for any help given
