63013 HTML to Image

I need someone to build a component for use in Windows Applications (.net) which creates thummnails of HTML pages. You can use any of these two examples of code to build it: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The componenet should accept as input the URL of the page (or location of page in the drive), filename(image type. i.e. [login to view URL]), width of thumbnail, height of thumbnail, location to store thumbnails, timeout in milliseconds. It should be able to output the thumbnail in the following formats: GIF,JPEG, PNG, BMP. Nice to have but not required is the ability to check if the thumbnail for the URL already exist, check if the page has updated since the snapshot was taken (using http1.1 protocol Last Update), and if the page hasn't updated use the thumbnail that was previously generated.
