This is a very simple project to do looking for speed and price For the right person it should be done in no time Desktop App to contain over 2 million lines of text - short phrases Needs to be quick searching Locate text instantly When you open tool it displays database for scrolling user types into search box above list as the user types the letters the tool DYNAMICALLY will only display text related to what user types Must have ability to load database with txt files Uploaded files tool deletes duplicate entries in database ability to save sorts to pc A very simple project for right person Would like person who already has experience with this Price to be in range of $50 this is a simple project and for the right person short time to do this All software created developer is to deliver all source code to me to do with it as I please. All rights to this software will be turned over to me. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement)
