Tradestation to Metatrader bridge

Hi,

I am looking for the same sort of solution to a project that was raised about a year ago (copy of project description below).

Ideally, I would like to find someone who has already coded a solution, and would like to re-sell it to me.

I would first like to understand from an architectural perspective how the solution works and if you can
upgrade it to work with the latest version of TS ie v9.1. It is very important to me, that the signals from TS are accurately interpreted and sent to MT4, and that the speed of sending these signals is very fast. The 'Percent Trailing' function within Tradestation is very important to my strategy - and would be one of the key signals that this interface must cater for.

I am looking for an experienced programmer to code a bridge that will pick up the TradeStation automatic Signal Orders and send them to any MetaTrader4 platform. So TS8.6 or TS8.7 can send signals to any MT4 interface (Irrespective of the Broker used). I want the best software possible that will send the signals with no interruption.

I believe there could be a few possible ways of Sending the Orders from TradeStation?:

1.Using the email alert feature in TradeStation. Please note that it does not actually use email, but simply makes use of the email feature to operate. (Email example: http://www.collective2.com/static/info/tradestation.htm)
2. Using the Dynamic Link Library (DLL)
3. Via a web based application.

I Don't know the possible ways for MT4 to receive these orders yet?

As a general reference: You can see that this TradeBullet software (http://www.tradebullet.com/) Sends the Orders from TradeStation to a Broker - but the software is of no use to me as it cannot Send the orders directly into the MT4 interface.

I have been told by http://www.tradebullet.com/ that this type of bridge is not possible as MT4 does not have a real API? I believe this bridge can be built tho and that this has also already been done by BoterM here on Freelancer in the last few months. So can you please supply me with some proof that this can be done to back up your bid : )

When submitting your response id be very grateful if you could respond to the following questions

1) Do your have access to, and experience with both Tradestation v8 or v9 and MetaTrader 4 ?

2) Will you be able to test your solution before providing it to me ?

3) What is the basic architecture / solution design that you would propose ie:
a) what language would you write the solution in ?
b) how would it be deployed / installed on my machine ?
c) how would the signals be extracted from tradestation ?
(eg. would it utilise the mail message alert functionality with TS or something else)
d) how would the signals be received by MetaTrader4 ?
e) would the solution provide for all of the possible signals that TradeStation is able to generate (eg Limit, Market, Stop Market, Percent Trail etc)
f) would the solution provide an extremely fast interface between the 2 platforms (eg if Tradestation sent a signal how quickly would MetaTrader4 receive it)

4) Have you already developed a solution for this ? Im more than happy to utilise work that has already been completed.

The reason I ask these questions is because I am a programmer as well, and simply want to have some confidence that can provide something that will meet my needs. I dont wish to program this myself as this is not my area of expertise and I dont want to spend the time getting to understand the intricacies of TradeStation and MetaTrader4.
