Project Description:
Hello,
I need an desktop application that will conect with api on a server and it will display the video content steamed from the server.
The aplication will have:
- a settings panel password protected (here the app should connect to the server with an http address, port nr., user and password - the access on the panel can be made only by the person that will know the password)
- a play/stop button (this will alow the user to start/stop streaming from the server)
- to save the time that the app is runing on server.
- to display the video on a tv connected to the computer
- to detect if the tv is connected or not - send the info to server.
- to stop streaming if the tv is not connected.
- to run in backgound of windows.
The aplication will be instaled on different computers so I need an installer.
I will also require the source code so I can make upgrades in future.
Please provide the language that will be used, the estimeted budget and timeframe.
