Project Description:
We are looking for a developer with at least 20 feedbacks and that has a 90% completion level. This is a project for a PC based scan software that will utilize a scanner and scan a 8.5 x 12" area and record images only from certain coordinate fields that are input into the software. Our goal is to capture 14 separate rectangular fields within the defined area above, at 300 dpi with the output being jpg format. The image outside of the fields should be disregarded to maximize processing time. We would like the software to have a counter that allows us to set a starting value to name each output sheet, which keeps count and counts upward for each scan that's done. The software should allow us to set and change the field parameters as needed.
