Software for touch monitor that control (under Ubuntu) a streaming encoder throug bash script:
There are some script that now work fine with ffmpeg. Bash script now activate (with ./scriptname):
start-recording.sh (indipendent from start/stop encoding)
pause-recording.sh (indipendent from start/stop encoding)
stop-recording.sh (indipendent from start/stop encoding)
and some other in future...
I need a fullpage application in order to control the scripts in graphical mode (similar to design-demo attached file) and configuration page.
There are some text file to fill in configuration mode (previous script import contents):
video-bitrate-encoding (600 for example)
input-source (/dev/video0 for example)
status-line (stream active for example)
Last but not Least a IP configuration from configure window, screen monitor local and live in home and v-meter audio.
Encoder is a "simple" Computer with USB monitor touch (7") installed on front panel. I see a similar application with 7" monitor touch (Visual basic -I suppose- and windows SO like a photo attachement IMG869.jpg).
I don't know the best software solution (C ?, Python ??....or other...)
