Project Description:
We need a vehicle number plate recognition system to be integrated with an existing NVR system - JPG or H264 obtained from IP camera are decoded in raw format and will be the input. The recognised vehicle plate detail and image file name shall be populated into a database. The application shall be developed in C++ OR C- running under LINUX - UNIX . Source code to be made available. Please feel free to ask any further clarifications on this project.
