FIFA Ultimate 13 Autobuyer

Project Description:
I require an autobuyer for the webapp for the game FIFA 13 Ultimate Team which is scheduled to be released late September.

I will need someone who can write the script and build a program to autobuy players on the said webapp
It must be able to purchase all forms of cards such as players, consumables etc.
The autobuyer must be able to recognize and differentiate different versions of cards (i.e in-form players, rare and non rare gold contracts)
I will require the autobuyer to refresh at an extremely fast rate to search the market, this is extremely important to me.
I am ideally looking for someone who has experience in building one, my budget and how much I am willing to pay depends on the specifications of the autobuyer you are able to build me.
