We need a simple kiosk web browser application

We need to have the browser run full screen, and not allow any key that could get into the operating system.
eg disable ctrl + alt + del

We only need to browse 4 sites, and control must be maintained to only allow these 4 sites.

We attach a very basic sample that, needs to be built upon.

We have a budget of around 200 USD
