Project Description:
Need a piece of software that will take file called "Synaps 3 Test.xls" and convert into format like "output may 2012.txt" for me to upload into MYOB. (Sample files are attached)
Software needs to allow"
- Importing xls in format provided
- Smart enough to know that that if the field in "Synaps 3 Test.xls" call "Amount Paid" is empty or 0 then ignore line.
- Have the ability to allocate product code to the Description in field called "Shipping method" i.e $4.99 FRDLE Courier to NON RURAL address = FRDLE and use as a sales line in export file. There should be ability to add multiple variable into the software for this and allocate Stock code against it.
- The Following is how the fields are mapped in the "output" file compared to the Input file
