HI,

I would like to have a simple portable software (no need to install) which can do this:
When active this software, it will automatically run a command to enable: "Use proxy server for your Lan", and automatically fill in the Address and Port given in the software.

When inactive, auto untick the box "Use Proxy server for your Lan"
