I need a very experienced iOS developer to build applications for iPhone & iPad.

The application will need to work on all ipad releases so far.
intuitive user-interface. The interface needs to be very smooth and clean.
The application will be a camera centric
Requirements:
- Must be capable of achieving deadlines
- Must provide portfolio of similar work
- Must be able to build very clean and smooth user-interface
- Must have at least 200 hours on freelancer.com
- Must have 4+ star rating
- Must take pride in your work and create stunning end products
- Must speak very good English
- Must be design oriented programmer
- Must write readable code, easily updated/modified by others later
- Andriod, windows mobile experience would be a plus
