Project Description:
Looking for someone who can program a bluetooth mini programmable chip. The chip has to send out signal to a nearby cell phone or tablet or laptop. I need a specific software to be created for it aswell that can receive the actual beep from the bluetooth device.
You will get $50 upfront and $150 after the job is done.
