Genetic Programming Software that supports CUDA

In a nutshell, I would like to have a genetic programming software that is written in C# except for the fitness evaluation of the GP population which is written in C for CUDA. A simple GUI is needed, mainly a few graphs displaying the input variables and output along with some fields for modifying the settings.

There are many free Genetic Programming softwares out there, some even have the source code included. This makes the project a lot easier since you can see how others have done it. I do not intend to sell the software, so using some of their code could be fine, depending on the license of course. There is even an implementation with published source code that supports CUDA, but it is only for Linux and only supports only a few operator functions.

Please do not bid unless you have a rudimentary understanding of what I am talking about. You will provide source code at each stage of the project. I can program, and I am familiar with CUDA and C# so I can help with the programming if needed.

Once I have determined that you might be qualified, I will provide a more detailed description of the requirements. You can change your initial bid after that if you feel the need.
