Project Description:
Looking for someone to take over an existing and failing two year Microsoft Silverlight based financial charting project and replace with a desktop .NET/C# version from scratch with better and improved architecture.
This requires someone of the highest calibre in graphical user interface programming with intuition for sophisticated, highly efficient, performant, reactive and aesthetic user interfaces.
You should be an expert in C#/.Net, multi-threading, custom user interface graphic controls with constant awareness for optimizing data and computational throughput.
Would prefer a candidate with prior experience in one or more of the following:
* Math/Statistics
* Finance/Trading domain
* Creating charting components
You should be a good team player, have good English communication and willing to go the extra mile when timescales are pressing.
