Project Description:
OK Here we go, what i need is someone to write an app (and installer) to basically relay the following to a server
Message Type (int) # Device IMEI # Latitude # Longitude # GPSDateTime # GPS Speed # GPS Heading # Battery Level of device
The client app must not be able to be shut down once opened withtout using the password sent from the server or a hardcoded password if an internet connection is not available.
The device must on first load send a packet of data (#IMEI#LOGIN#)to a hardcoded DNS name/Port via UDP to which the server will repsond with similar to #0.0.0.0#0000#30#password# the device will use the characters within the #'s and start to determine the IP / Port and interval it is meant to track and admin password. The PDA will send the tracking data via UDP (with ACK) at the interval sent in the initial command. From there the server will Ack All messages with #ACK#. If an ack isnt recieved within 10 seconds it will try to send again, and again and so on. Whilst this is going on the system needs to store tracking data (preferably to memory also incase of if device is reset or battery looses charge) and the every time the device tries to send data it starts with the oldest first and upon success it will move on until the queue is empty.
The main page within the app must be blank appart from 3 icons indicating GPS OK, Got settings from server and communicating with server OK, with an exit button somewhere where the user can enter either the admin or default password to exit the app
The app must keep battery levels in mind, and be very well hidden in the device so people cannot find it. This app needs to auto load when the device boots up and also auto load upon the installation completing.
This initially needs to work on Windows Mobile 5-6.5 and on touch screen and non touch screen Windows phones.
From there the winning bidder will have the first refusal to bid on an idential project but on Blackberry and then onto iPhone
