Project Description:
Write a simple program that performs actions:
1) load the specified graphic file
2) The appointment of a histogram and present it in the form of graphics or writing to a file,
3) perform binarization and record the resulting image to file.
Determine the histogram and binary files for the sample attached to the task. A program written in C#.
