Project Description:
I am in the process of building out my basement and I need some CAD/design help. I need plans and elevations and I also want to to a 3D rendering. I have attached a PDF file of the floor plan showing current wall layout. All of the walls are installed but not finished.
Phase 1- CAD Plans and Elevations
Architectural floor plan
Ceiling plan
Electrical plan
Elevations of each wall
I will need room for notes for each drawing. I will send a photo of each wall and heights. I will markup the floor plan to show wall changes and I will markup the electrical plan to show power and lighting locations.
I expect to comment and edit on three occasions. Please plan accordingly. The drawings need to be 24 x 36 inches and delivered in CAD format and PDF.
Phase 2 3D rendering
I want to render the basement as well. The rendering will include all wall and ceiling finishes (paint, trim, wainscoting, sconces, etc) floor finishes and major furniture pieces.
We will have the following rooms:
One main room with pool table chairs, two couches, tv
One guest bedroom with bed and night tables
Two bathrooms showing all finishes
One wood bar area
One exercise room
One media room
