Hello Everybody
This Job consists of 2 Phases
Phase I
Convert existing house plan drawings to AutoCAD 2010.
I will provide site measurements and original document plan.
Phase II
Create working drawings and permit drawings according to design changes.
Confirm designs are to code according to East York, Toronto-Canada.
I would need mechanical (HVAC and plumbing), electrical (including reflective ceiling plan). Facade and rear elevation.
The project would have to be finished in 3 days,
Auto CAD 2010 files with both client viewable as well as Architect editable files provided by you, viewable in 3D.
Client should be able to do a "walkthrough" your work!
Additional work will follow as house is to be extensively remodeled and renovated.
Please only serious bides and you MUST provide samples of your past work.
Also you must have good communication skills and able to message on skype.
I will only respond to bids with "Working Drawings" in the subject.
