Project Description:
This is a home addition in need of basic 3d modeling and eventually 18x24 prints of floorplan, elevation, etc. Project design using Chief Architect is preferred. This should be a quick 2 day job for anyone skilled with the software. I do not need full detail rooms; just walls, floors, doors, framing, etc. The finished home will be about 2000 sq ft, existing home is 1350 sq ft. Due to foundation ties some extra detail will be needed for the foundation plans. I will need project completed by Aug 2012. Looking forward to working with a skilled op.

I should note the 2D 18x24 inch prints are my main priority. They must show wood framing cross sections, concrete foundation cross sections, floorplans of the basement/first/second floor, and exterior views from front/back/sides/above. The scale will be 1/4 inch per foot for large drawings. If you have blueprinting examples of your work please include them for me to see. thank you
