Project Description:
I need simple 3D CAD model of a gear / sprocket. i intend to submit the design to a prototype manufacturer who requires a CAD file as a first draft. We intend to use several material types. It is actually closer to a shell or skin of the gear/sprocket and not the actual gear itself. In other words you are designing an outer skin of the gear so they can fill it with various materials to test it. We also need a plastic model to check function in the skin. It is dual layer sprocket so even the skin needs to properly function.

Here are the tooth specs. They are 90 degree perfect angle.
If each tooth was a perfect 13.7 mm hypotenuse the two ends are 9.7 mm and 5 mm thick
The circumference is approx or in the vicinity of 49 to 50 inches depending on if you use a 90 or 93 teeth. Prefer 90
The hollow part (the tooth itself needs to be exactly 13.7 x 9.7 x 9.7 and 5 mm thick with a solid bottom that hold the sprocket together and open top side to fill it and nothing behind the tooth for a timing sensor to read the velocity near each tooth as it rotates.
Make the skin / outline 1 mm thick.

If this does not make sense please email me for more details.
If you are an experienced engineer and know how gears work and can help with a perfect gear that works with a 45 degree pitch and can make the gear work in a multiple of 3 near the tooth specs then we have a solution. 90 teeth 93 teeth 96 teeth etc.
The main prerequisite is that the teeth are hollow 13.5 to 13.7 hypotenuse with 9.5 x 9.5 mm tooth length and 5 mm think
