RTF to PDF converter

Project Description: Convert RTF file to PDF, printer independent. Must be a DLL Source code must be VC++ 6.0 You will supply source code and compiled DLL and code to call DLL from my app. My app will call the DLL with the name of the RTF file (C:\Folder\[login to view URL]), The DLL will convert it to the same name PDF file (C:\Folder\[login to view URL]). Conversion must retain all text formatting and graphics from the RTF file. No milestone payment. Full payment when job is completed to my satisfaction. Skills required: VC++ 6 Programming
