While we did purchase the licenses and have begun to set up users and layouts - we are in need of a seasoned professional to assist us with ensuring we have the proper infrastructure set up.
Some items at the top of our list for assistance are:
1. Profiles (done, just need input and verification that it was done correctly)
2. Roles (done, just need input and verification that it was done correctly)
3. Layouts
4. Record Types
5. Action Plans
6. Dashboard Creation
7. Document Templates
8. Email Templates (HTML – we have these already created, but need them brought into the system correctly)
9. Marketing Integration (looking at a number of apps in the exchange – need guidance and assistance with integration)
