Project Description:
We are looking to get some pricing/calculation functions into SugarCRM. When this part of the programming is done we will need it to be set up so that a number of reports are sent out automatically.
Another part which we want is to set up forms to be completed and the results stored in SugarCRM. We are also looking to incorporate a SugarCRM portal, where clients will receive login details and will be able to see some information regarding their accounts and be able to fill in forms. To get an idea please take a look at the brief below, this will be updated with a fuller specification and flow diagram, in the meantime it will give you something to get started with.
We wish to appoint a subcontractor to take detailed pricing matrix and integrate it so that its function operates within Sugar CRM (www.sugarcrm.com) . A full briefing will be provided but essentially there are a number of things to be completed within the brief which will include: -
1. All the mathematical calculations and variations should be achievable via a dashboard on Sugar CRM.
2. All the export emails and reminder functions that are required (flow diagram to follow) should be scheduled.
3. Contract must be completed in 2-4 weeks. See pdf version of matrix (to be sent at a later time), hard copy can be supplied on request and provisioned of appropriate CV. It will be important that the successful applicant can demonstrate extensive knowledge of programming code in order to take what is a spread sheet function and make it operate within a database programme and in this instance Sugar CRM. Training is to be provided so that in-house operatives can make minor adjustments in due course and changes to pricing or arithmetic can also be allowed. An element of support may be desirable and should be considered as part of the quote but priced separately.
