I have an easy autoresponder workflow process to setup for a programmer who is a ZOHO expert in both ZOHO CRM and ZOHO Campaigns.
The workflow would look something like the following:
Autoresponder email (from Zoho Campaigns) - day 1
Autoresponder email (from Zoho Campaigns) - day 3
Task - telemarketer call (from Zoho CRM) - day 5
Task - offline mail request (from Zoho CRM) - day 7
(then repeat the same sequence 5 times to day 19)
The sequence starts when the email address of the lead is added to the autoresponder. All of the email collateral, telemarketing scripts and tasks have been written. What we need is a Zoho guru to wave their programming wand to execute the workflow, so that our staff can begin actioning the calls and mailing marketing material offline.
Each time the offline task is completed, a staff member will need to update the task status to completion so that the workflow may continue through each of the 20 or so steps.
