Hello

I run a small web business and I'm looking for a webmaster to sub work out on an adhoc basis when I get to busy to do it.

The jobs will be small and required to be completed fast, usually within 2/3 days - there could be the potential for regular work for the right person.

I want to build up a trusted relationship with a provider, so therefore I'm looking for someone who has built up a good reputation.

Typical jobs include:

Updating content via CMS
Updating content via FTP
Formatting documents from word etc into clean XHTML
Updating templates in XHTML & CSS
Formatting images, updating galleries, uploading
Managing products on shopping carts, adding new products & attributes etc (mainly on Cubecart)

The ideal person would be proficient in XHTML/CSS, be trustworthy (references required), be able to communicate fast, be able to work to 2/3 day deadlines on small jobs and speak English fluently. All jobs are to have a detailed work/time log supplied so I can invoice my customers.

**Please post your hourly rates as I bill by the hour and need to maintain margins**
