Five fairly simple PDFs that needs to be converted to HTML/CSS. I am looking for an applicant with a high level understanding of HTML and CSS best practices. I
Requirements:
* Full typography set for content areas (ul, ol, h1-h6, p, blockquote, etc.)
* Valid HTML markup
* IE6 and up compatibility
* Standards compliant
