Desk.com is an online help desk that offers a customizable customer service page. We can use their template with simple cms fields, or we can enter our own html and css in their interface similar to the Wordpress editor. All I need you to do is hack the header from our current Customer Support page found at http://www.revolutiongolf.com/Contact, keep the code Desk.com uses for the knowledge base (question field) as seen at their own help page, then frame up the rest of the page as seen at Amazon's Contact Us page (https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us) MINUS the component that calls up the exact products purchased, so this is all simple, static stuff that draws from no databases... but does draw from our FAQ's that I will provide to you. Once I select the winning bidder I will provide the few questions and other data that will vary from the options Amazon offers. We will also want to keep the right column open for allow adding widgets, which you will start by adding our Twitter widget and Facebook widgets. Please send questions before bidding!
