I need for my banner to be a clickable link that will redirect to another page.

My current banner is located in my css.style sheet.

I need that clickable link to be a part of the css.style sheet.

I need the redirect link to be: http://www.kids-tests.com/free-tests.html

And that's all I need!

This should be an easy task so I'm not going to pay a lot for a job that should take no more than 30 minutes to complete.

Use "VIEW SOURCE" to obtain the css.style sheet.

Since this is a 30 minute job, all I will pay is $15
