Project Description:
I created a system to modify HTML pages to insert CSS and Java Script code. This code inserts a banner at the bottom of the browser window. This is working fine, but one exception. If the page already has a banner at the bottom, it's hidden by my banner. I'm looking for a CSS/Java Script expert to fix this.
