We need a quick implementation of the new design, into HTML+CSS.
The actual coding of the app is not required.
The CSS must be modern (HTML5), handle different resolutions well (adapt sizes, fonts, etc'), and be suitable for both PC and mobile devices.
Speed is crucial. We have very few screens, and expect them to be done in a few days tops. Big preference will be given for quick delivery bidders.
