Implement a PSD file to CSS/HTML5

Project Description:
Hi,
I am a web developer and I need some help to implement quickly a design of a main page.

Files you will have
A photoshop file, with the design I want.
The other images resources.

Requirements
Cross-browser (IE7+).
HTML5.
Javascript free for all the css positioning.
The kids photos must be easily change, the background and the image must be separated.

Animations
Two sponsored spaces blocks must be in a slideshow with cycling in fade transition (3 sec / image).

Framework
I use in the others pages the jQuery framework, you can also use it for the slideshow animation.
