I'm looking for a RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE experienced front end coder.

I need pixel perfect code matching the design I send to you.
I need to code to already be cross browser tested when delivered to me
I need it to be hand coded table less CSS markup
I prefer to work with a freelancer vs a company to build a long term one on one relationship.

This project is very simple. 5 pages, almost identical, plus photo gallery
