PSD to XHTML Project

We need an HTML/CSS/JQuery programmer who will convert 30 PSD files to XHTML - DIV based, tableless design. The HTML pages should look exactly like the PSD files. It should pass W3C Validation and should work with IE 7,8,9 / Firefox / Chrome / Safari / Opera. Accuracy is very important.
Attached JPG is the homepage. JQuery should be used in the menus. Some of the images like the tree will be animated using Spritely ([login to view URL]).
There's a change of specifications. No need Jquery and Spritely, no more animation. Just use HTML and CSS only.
