Hello Freelancers,
I am in need of someone who can first make a small touchup (if necessary)and convert the psd into an xhtml/css validated site. I am on a low budget and I have had trouble with the designer (this being one of the reasons of the budget). Originally the designer was going to make the full site with all source files for $150. I have had problems with him, was not able to get a refund and now I am left with just a psd file. I don't have a serious deadline or anything so hopefully this will reduce the price.
The type of person I need for this is someone who can turn this into a site with minor jquery functions, I don't want a dodgy looking site and please tell me if you think you should fix the psd file. I don't actually have the file yet, I have some preview images, we negotiated that I would be paying for the psd file and when I get it I close the dispute against him. The type of JQuery skills required is minimal, I want to use the Accordion thing which can be created freely through the website and I want an image slider to be implemented (I can find a free one I just need a couple css edits in it).

I might consider having parts of the psd re-made by you if you can keep the price very reasonable. Please also note that I will be a returning customer of yours in the future as I have some other sites in mind so please make this a cheap quote. I am thinking of $70 at MOST as coding is usually the easiest part. I understand that only non-rated bidders can bid here so consider it as a favour, do me a favour please.
