Project Description:

Nothing complicated -- one has some pull downs and one has a tabbed interface -- that's about it for html complexity.
Obviously, I will send the psd's to the provider I select. 100% of the winning bid will be placed in escrow (milestone), and will be released when the project is 100% complete. I do not do mid-project milestones.
