Convert Word Document to html

This is a basic and simple job for someone that knows what they are doing and should take a very small amount of time to accomplish. Objective is to take a word document and give it back in html looking the same coded in css/html. Budget is $10, first bidder who bids this amount with some qualification wins. Word document will be made available after placing a bid, its basic strcuture is all text, with one logo top left and bottom and an address text box top right- very simple.
