Project Description:
Require a 2 or 3 piece cartoon showing:
1) two men examining a blank piece of paper.
2) One says "This is the new standard"
3) The other says " but it has no tests"
4) The first says with a smile " easy to pass then!"
5) The chorus line in corner, mice or men, say "................" wording to follow
