Project Description:
We have servers in the same data center with Rackspace.com. They are in rackspace's cloud offering. The servers are running Windows Server 2012. All this project requires is that you get the two servers to "see" each other. They can ping each other but under server manager it shows "WinRM Default authentication error" under manageability. It should be able to manage all the servers from one server. We have the first server setup as an AD DC, so we ultimately need the second server to be added to the domain.

I have resolved this issue myself. However the second server does not want to join the domain. Trying to have freelancer close this project. Here is the current project:
