AJAX Banner rotation for existing site URGENT

Project Description:
We have an existing site.one particular page has 8 banner locations (one are of 6 in a row and two large banners)
each of the 8 locations has up to 4 banners loaded for that postion
For the row of 6 images, we need the banners to rotate every X minutes (variable), dropping off the last banner from the bottom, and pulling in a new banner at the top. For the other to large banners, simply rotating is all that is required - also every X minutes
The images need to "turn over" to display the new image - not a dissolve, but a "flipping" of the image to reveal the new image.
The site, and database holding the images is complete (.cfm and sql server)
We need an urgent solution (ajax) provided asap
A link to the image page will be provided for further clarification
