Brief Legal Cases for Uni

Project Description:
Contract Law
We have a list of 50 cases that need to be briefed. We only want a one to two page brief of each case. You will need to be a University student studying Law. You must have completed Contracts Law 1 and/or 2 and must be a high achiever with grades at Distinction level or above. The briefs are for Contract Law. The case list is mainly Australian Cases. The format we require is IRAC (issue, rule, application and conclusion) - if you do not use this format then please do not apply. The content must be succinct in dissection of the judicial opinion and detailing how the law applies to the facts of the case. If you are a current or former student then you will have already developed the briefs which would have supported you in exam prep.

With all due respect, do not apply for this project if you are not a Law student or graduate of an Australian Law School and do not have an excellent command of the English language and Legal writing skills.
A sample of your ability to write a legal brief will be expected prior to engagement.
