For Dubai based Freelancers - We need adverts (copy and creative) to go into a print publication - repost

We are looking for a freelancer based in Dubai UAE, as we will need to meet. We are starting an Ad campaign in a specialist publication so we need help on the following : putting the advert/s together. Both design and copy, we will need three, maybe four adverts which will re run. Initially they will run in a print magazine but we will also need some of the adverts adapted for online. We are a consultancy and it is a B2B business, our customers are Mobile Telecoms Operators across the Middle East and Africa region and the target audience are the senior executives of these companies. This is for Brand awareness and positioning, not response driven. We are not looking for standard "men in suits shaking hands" bland corporate adverts. We would like to see something we have not seen before and which position our business as we are experts in Emerging Markets.
