Project Description:
This is my first job post and I am hoping for a long term partnership with the right applicant. So I will be having more projects and the project itself will expand in content. Maybe it could lead to a full time content writer position for the website on a regular bases.
The project

100,000 words divided by 100 articles that each at least has a 1000 words. Each article is describing one single tree. The duration is 4 - 8 weeks and the project is split into 4 mile stones.
I am willing to give a person who has no biding history a try providing they can demonstrate their willingness to learn about trees or have the technical skills to write about trees. Quality is an issue so the tasks will contain key words and categories in the project requirements which I am going to supply. The supplied words can be included in the word count which should help you structure the arguments and ease the search. Also the content must be unique and using the correct referencing methods and the writer is willing to put his name on it.
It will suit someone who has the following motivation factors:
1- New unknown writer who wants to improve his ranking and reputation.
2- A person who is willing to learn trees and has an interest in that field and wants to promote his writing skills in this field. Such as students or having a regular income from a subject of interest
3- Or any other motivating factor you would like to add
Pay will increase with projects and relationship providing that the first project is satisfactory and the mile stones are completed.
